KellyNet can help you:- Initial setup of the Linux distribution of your choice.
- Set up DNS, email (postfix), and web servers (apache).
- Set up virtual hosting, email accounts, etc.
- Advise you on the best applications and software to run (blogs, CMS, game servers, etc.).
- Assist you in installing and running your applications.
- Keep your server patched and secure, and keep the bad guys (hackers and crackers) out.
- Perform limited off-site backups of your server (data and configuration files).
- On call for emergencies.
- On call to answer your questions.
- Work will be performed by a Linux consultant with 10 years of experience.
So what does it cost?
KellyNet will do all of the above for $150 USD, paid quarterly. There is no initial setup charge. We accept paypal and checks drawn on USA banks.In addition to the above standard services, we also provide other services, such as migration from another web host, application installs, custom programming, and the like. Contract is limited to a set number of hours (2) of routine administration work that will be performed per month. Work exceeding 2 hours per month will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Backups will be evaluated regularly and may incur additional charges. Please email or call us for details and estimates.
